Everything living in your head, finally in one place.
The book teaches the system. The app helps you run it. These answers cover the caregiver app, the plans, and who pays.
Getting Started
UU Organized is a caregiver organization system designed to help keep appointments, medications, care contacts, supplies, follow-ups, notes, documents, and day-to-day caregiving information in one place.
Everything living in your head, finally in one place.
People who suddenly or gradually find themselves coordinating care for a parent, spouse, family member, or other person they care for.
Yes. The Free plan lets you organize care for one person with basic tools before deciding whether a paid plan is right for you.
Yes. UU Organized works in the browser on a phone, tablet, or computer, and you can install it from the browser as a web app.
Plans & Billing
Caregiver is designed for someone organizing care for one person and includes up to 4 caregiver spots.
Caregiver Family supports up to 3 people you care for, up to 10 caregiver spots, family sharing and messaging, a higher Ask UUO allowance, and more storage.
Yes, on the Caregiver plan you can add one Additional Person add-on for $5.99/month or $57.99/year.
This increases the Caregiver plan from one person you care for to two.
If you need to organize care for up to 3 people or want the Family collaboration features, Caregiver Family may be a better fit.
Free supports one.
Caregiver supports one, or two with the Additional Person add-on.
Caregiver Family supports up to three.
Caregiver is $114.99/year ($9.58/month billed annually).
Caregiver Family is $191.99/year ($16.00/month billed annually).
Save 20% with annual billing. Annual billing is paid once per year.
Your paid plan remains available through the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your workspace moves to the Free plan.
UU Organized does not automatically delete your existing care data simply because your paid subscription ends. If the workspace is above a Free-plan limit, adding new people, members, or files can be limited until usage fits that plan or you choose another plan.
A downgrade, or removing an add-on, lowers what the workspace can add. UU Organized does not automatically delete people, files, or care history to force the workspace into the lower plan.
Care Team & Sharing
No.
The Workspace Owner manages the subscription. Invited Admins, Caregivers, Helpers, and Viewers participate according to their permissions without buying their own separate UU Organized subscription.
Only the Workspace Owner can manage billing, change plans, purchase add-ons, or open the billing account.
Other invited members can use the workspace according to their permissions but do not manage billing.
Yes. The Workspace Owner can invite people to help and assign roles such as Admin, Caregiver, Helper, or Viewer according to the capabilities supported in the app.
Storage & Data
Yes. Caregiver and Caregiver Family can add an Extra 10 GB Storage add-on for $2.99/month or $28.99/year.
Caregiver includes 2 GB before the add-on. Caregiver Family includes 10 GB before the add-on.
That takes Caregiver from 2 GB to 12 GB, or Caregiver Family from 10 GB to 20 GB.
No. UU Organized does not delete existing files because a workspace is over its storage allowance or a paid plan ends.
New uploads are limited by the storage allowance until there is room again. On Caregiver or Caregiver Family, Extra 10 GB Storage can add room. You can also delete a file you no longer need.
No. Ask UUO conversation text stays in the browser tab. It is not a workspace file, so it does not count against the file-storage allowance.
Files or attachments uploaded to the workspace follow the normal storage rules.
Ask UUO
Ask UUO conversations stay in the browser tab you have open. Refreshing the page keeps that thread. Closing the tab clears it. They are not saved in an Ask conversation database.
Anything you want to keep should be explicitly saved to Notes.
No. Ask UUO helps organize and summarize information saved in UU Organized. It does not diagnose conditions, determine whether a medication is medically safe to give, or replace professional medical advice.
UU Organized does not provide legal advice, insurance advice, financial advice, or benefits-eligibility advice.
